Self Storage Manager Inc. has released a redesigned Site Walkthrough Module for its SSM Cloud property management platform, adding offline functionality designed to help facility teams conduct inspections and manage work orders from anywhere on a property.
The mobile module is built directly into SSM Cloud, allowing operators to inspect units and facilities, document issues, create work orders and communicate with tenants without switching between separate applications. The offline capability allows users to continue working in areas with limited or no cellular connectivity, with information automatically synchronized with SSM Cloud once a connection is restored.
The module is designed for facility employees who spend much of their time away from a desk. Staff can use it for routine lock checks, property inspections, unit vacates and maintenance assessments while accessing operational information through the SSM Cloud platform.

Because the module is integrated with SSM Cloud, operators can access inspection histories, work order status and maintenance activity without relying on separate applications or spreadsheets. The standardized workflow also is designed to help operators maintain consistency across individual facilities and larger portfolios.
