SSM operators can now deploy Lumio's AI agents to handle rental calls, tenant support, and payments, with every action posting back to SSM so the FMS stays the system of record.
The integration gives Lumio live access to the data an AI agent needs to act like a trained facility manager: units, tenants, rates, balances, gate codes, and delinquency status.
When a Lumio agent rents a unit on a call or on the website, the rental is created in SSM. When a tenant pays over the phone, the payment posts to SSM. When the agent takes a note during a tenant interaction, that note lands on the customer record in SSM. Operators work from one source of truth, with no double entry and no reconciliation at the end of the day.
