Andrew Capranos has joined Cubby as President, Self Storage.
Capranos has spent his career in real estate and self storage, on both the public and private sides. Most recently he led one of the largest and most technology-forward storage platforms in the country, where he built a reputation for putting automation and AI to work in everyday operations.
Cubby was founded by technology professionals and has relied on operator input since the company's earliest days. Capranos will bring an operator's perspective directly into product decisions, and he will lead how Cubby works with the operators on its platform, from evaluation and sequencing through implementation and ongoing performance. Cubby serves thousands of facilities across North America. Capranos’s focus is bringing software and real operating practice together so operators across the industry can run more efficient, more profitable businesses.
