This achievement follows the successful onboarding of the 10-property OWL Storage portfolio, spanning Kansas, Missouri and Illinois, along with the recent addition of Waypoint Storage in Monticello, Kentucky.
Together, these additions expand APSM's national footprint to more than 3 million square feet of managed self-storage space and reflect the company's continued commitment to providing a more collaborative, performance-driven approach to third-party management.

Transitioning 10 facilities in a single day is no small undertaking. APSM's operations, revenue management, marketing, accounting, sales and facility services teams worked together to coordinate the transition while ensuring ownership, employees and tenants were supported from day one.
"Taking on 10 facilities in a single day is no small task, and we didn't take that responsibility lightly," said Jennifer Barroqueiro, Vice President of Third-Party Management at APSM. "Changing management companies can be challenging for ownership groups, employees and tenants. Our goal was to make this transition as seamless as possible while building a strong foundation for long-term success."
For the OWL Storage ownership group, the decision to partner with APSM was about more than simply transitioning management responsibilities.
