Adverank LLC, which provides a digital-advertising assistant for the self-storage industry, has integrated its platform with Monument self-storage management software.
The integration combines marketing-performance data with facility-operations data, enabling operators to make AI-driven advertising decisions based on occupancy, revenue and other operational metrics. According to the companies, the platform provides budget recommendations designed to maximize return on ad spend.
"Analyzing marketing performance data without tying it to facility data is incomplete," said Jason Zickler, CEO and co-founder of Adverank. "You can see clicks, leads and spend, but you cannot fully understand impact and know what adjustments need to be made until you connect it in one place."
"Monument was built to help high-performing self-storage operators simplify complexity, scale efficiently and make better decisions," said Gab Goncalves, CEO and co-founder of Monument. "By integrating with Adverank, we're giving operators another powerful way to connect data across their business and act on it with more precision."
Based in Zionsville, Indiana, Adverank's digital-advertising platform is used by more than 500 self-storage operators to analyze campaigns and optimize marketing performance. The company also provides social media advertising services.
Designed for large self-storage portfolios, Monument centralizes automations, operations and revenue management into a single platform. Its suite of tools includes automated billing, tenant management and reporting, all connected through an open application programming interface that supports third-party integrations.
