The Hill Company and Intandem Solutions Ltd. roll out FileTrack and cloud based oneilBridge™ to Cushman & Wakefield.

The Hill Company a provider of commercial records management and storage services and Intandem Solutions Ltd., a provider of enterprise content management solutions, have implemented FileTrack and the oneilBridge service at Cushman & Wakefield, to provide a seamless portal for creation of new files and the management of deliveries and collections from the storage facility.

 The project started with one office being piloted in London’s West End and will now be rolled out to the rest of Cushman & Wakefield nationally. The benefits realised by the implementation meant that efficient data capture allowed the right information to be added to the files in a structured way, which has led to complete clarity over what a file is called and the associated naming convention. Having FileTrack linked directly to the offsite storage inventory has allowed for real time reconciliation of work orders and real-time location status updates. When requests are placed they are immediately visible in the FileTrack queue, and Cushman & Wakefield can see the point in which The Hill Company has taken receipt of the request giving all round confidence that items are being dealt with correctly.
