Cushman & Wakefield’s Self Storage Pratice Taps New Leader

NEW YORK, N.Y. – March 15, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Kate Spencer, MAI has been promoted to Managing Director and Practice Leader for Valuation & Advisory’s Self Storage Practice Group.

Ms. Spencer has been a real estate Appraiser for Cushman & Wakefield since her graduation from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and brings over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has spent the majority of her tenure focused on the valuation of self storage properties, having been involved in the appraisal of over 700 facilities throughout her career.

The Self Storage practice group has 20 team members strategically located throughout the country, and in 2015 completed 1,800+ assignments with properties valued at over $8.9 billion dollars.
